p77 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the p77 platform (available at p77.one), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the p77 platform and close your account. Your continued use of p77 following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use p77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by p77.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be accessing p77 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of p77 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by p77 or any applicable regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of p77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

To access the full range of p77 services, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one active p77 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. p77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• KYC verification: p77 may require you to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of address before processing withdrawals or at any time p77 deems necessary for compliance purposes.
• Account ownership: Your p77 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

p77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on p77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: p77 currently supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank for both deposits and withdrawals. Supported methods may change from time to time; the current list is always available on the p77 platform.
• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the p77 cashier page and may vary by payment method. p77 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. p77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day, subject to verification status and applicable limits.
• Withdrawal to source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. p77 may require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different method.
• Transaction records: You are responsible for maintaining your own records of deposits and withdrawals. p77 provides transaction history within your account dashboard for your reference.
• Fees: p77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which p77 bears no responsibility.

p77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. p77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• p77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of the p77 platform.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the p77 platform:

• Game rules: Each game available on p77 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing bets.
• Bets are final: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the p77 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended. p77 is not responsible for bets placed in error.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, p77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. p77's decision in such matters is final.
• RNG certification: All digital games on p77 use certified random number generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, or player history.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. p77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with p77 games or services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in p77's systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the p77 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to p77 at any time, including during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing p77 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your p77 account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the p77 platform or the experience of other players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any p77 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on p77 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the p77 platform.
• Use p77 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of p77 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by p77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p77 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the p77 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the p77 platform or any part thereof, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from technical malfunctions, system errors, network failures, or third-party service disruptions beyond p77's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or termination due to your breach.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, p77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p77 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

p77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering on p77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

p77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact p77 support.

p77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that p77 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your p77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the p77 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact p77 support to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
